Continuing our exploration in the iO Offices series, we bring you one of our latest projects featuring Mercurtrade, in which the collaboration between our Office Agency and Project Development & Services teams resulted in a unique workspace.
Janka Machova Polyakova, leading our Office Agency, successfully facilitated Mercurtrade's move to Einpark—the first carbon-neutral office building in Bratislava. Sustainability and innovation were key considerations in alignment with Mercurtrade's vision.
Our Project Development & Services team ensured the project's smooth execution in which Martina Ščepková created a unique design for Mercurtrade’s new 350 sqm premises and Juraj Zatkalik facilitated the complete project management and construction supervision.
What makes this project stand out? A thoughtful play of colors creates an engaging atmosphere, and the workspace's connection to social zones that allows for communication without compromising privacy.
